1) Accessing the Creative Mind covers tools and exercises which activate the right side of the brain, to unlock the artist within. Detailed instruction on techniques for perspective, portraiture and shading included. Suitable for children and adults, beginners or advanced.

2)Art as a meditation with Sacred Geometry. Tapping into our inner artist and incredible brains, we go on a journey into the creative mind, where we meet and commune with our own inner voice and our artist within. From there we journey with sacred geometry into a receptive brain state of open eyed meditation whilst drawing. Suitable for beginners or advanced.
